On way the to Hua Hin- Private trip / 4 days - 3 nights
Day 1
You will be picked up at your hotel and leave Bangkok. The first stop will be at the market of Ban Don Wai at the riverbank of Tai Chi. Ban Don Wai is a clean and well organized market, mostly famous for its Thai sweets and the many kinds of fruits. After Ban Don Wai, you will proceed by boat on the beautiful Tai Chi River, a very relaxing trip. Once arrived at the botanic gardens of Rose Garden you will get off the boat and enjoy a wonderful and colorful show introducing you many aspects of the Thai culture. In the afternoon you will have time to visit the gardens and relax a little near the pool of Rose Garden Resort where you will stay the first night.
Day 2
Rose Garden - Floating market - River Kwai (95 km).
After breakfast you will visit Damnern Saduak, one of Thailands biggest
floating market. You will arrive at the market by boat. A very colorful event of Thai ladies trying to sell their products. After the floating
market you will proceed to Kanchanaburi at the River Kwai. You will visit the JEATH museum and have an impression of what happened during the secondworld war, where also a lot of foreigners have lost their lives. You will also visit the famous river Kwai and in the afternoon you will board thenotorious "Death Railway Train" and make a trip for about an hour on the "railway of death". From the train you will enjoy the beautifulsurroundings of the river including the so called bamboo viaduct. In the afternoon you will reach the River Kwai Village resort where you will spendthe night and have some time to relax.
Day 3
River Kwai (285 km)
After breakfast you will leave for Sanklaburi, a town near the Burmese border. A beautiful trip and you certainly will enjoy the nature. The first
stop will be at an elephant camp and you will be able to do a trekking on the elephant for 1,5 hours through the jungles of the River Kwai. In the
afternoon you will go by bamboo-raft down the river and enjoy the silence and sounds of the Thai Jungle. You will also visit the Karen mountain tribe
Village and see their respected temple and wooden friendship bridge. After a stop at the 3 Pagoden pass you will go back to the resort and stay over 1
more night at the River Kwai Village Resort.
Day 04
River Kwai – Hua Hin/Cha-am (250 km)
In the morning you will have some time to relax and in the afternoon there will be the transfer to Hua Hin or Bangkok. End of program.

Kwai, the ancient king's cities of Ayuthaya and the legendary Sukothai! In colorful Changmai you will enjoy the numerous markets, the beautiful
curiosities and splendid colonial houses. One of the best climaxes of this trip will be having lunch with the elephants! Afterwards you will relax a

Day 01 Bangkok
After arrival you will go straight to your hotel where you can relax a little and later that day, if you like, you guide can show you around. You
will stay over at the Chao Phya Park Hotel ****
Day 02 Discovering Bangkok
Today we take you on a tour to discover the true Bangkok. You will take a short trip using the public transport and you will proceed by public taxi
boat to the pier of the Wat Po Temple complex. The boat trip will be exciting and special as you will be in the middle of the real Bangkokians
like students, families with kids, businessmen, labor man etc. etc..You will visit Wat Po, the biggest and oldest temple in Bangkok. You will see
the amazing giant reclining Boeddha, 46 mtrs long ant 15 mtrs high. Quit impressive! You will proceed with a visit to Chinatown, a busy vibrating
area. Walking through the narrow alleys you will soon notice that you find yourself in a completely different world. You will walk around the Chinese
food market with all their different spices. With a Tuk-Tuk (an open Thai 3-wheel cab) you will go back to your hotel where you can relax and spend
the afternoon for yourself.
Day 3 Bangkok
Biking and cooking in the tropics! You can cook Thai everywhere! During this (optional) course you will not cook in a restaurant of cooking school, but just with
simple things right in the middle of nowhere, but still close to the city. A very special experience and you'll be surprised about the tasty result! By boat you will
go to Ban Krachau, just outside Bangkok and here the bikes will be waiting for you and you will bike through a wonderful area. A very relaxing and beautiful trip
where you will not encounter many cars. You will see traditional wooden houses, palms, banana trees, orchids and kids saying and waving hello to you. We'll
bike to a very special place, just in the middle of nowhere and we will start our cooking course. On simple gasjet and with simple kitchen tools we will prepare
togheter a very tasteful meal. Being busy, the unique Asian fragrances of the cooking, the quiet area, the Thai hospitality as well as their humor will make this
morning to an unique experience. It's typical Thai and you will discover that for the real Thai cuisine you don't need any expensive tools. The simplicity of
preparation suits the meal. We will enjoy our meal and bike back. The afternoon you can spend the way you prefer to.
Day 4 Bangkok - River Kwai
After breakfast you will leave Bangkok and proceed to the River Kwai. The first stop will be at the biggest floating market of Thailand and you will enjoy
watching the Thai ladies trying to sell their products. After that you will proceed to Kanchanaburi and visit the cemetery of honor and the notorius "Bridge on the
River Kwai" You will also visit the so called "Talad Rotfai Mekhong" station. Here a railway track runs right through the middle of a local market. The railway is
completely filled up with umbrella's, baskets, wooden boxes etc..as soon as a train is coming, they move everything in a hurry so that the train can pass
through without problems. A beautiful and for us unknown event. in the afternoon you will board the notorious "Death Railway Train" and make a trip for about
an hour on the "railway of death". From the train you will enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the river including the so called bamboo viaduct. In the afternoon
you will reach the River Kwa Village resort where you will spend the night and have some time to relax.
Day 5 River Kwai - Ayuthaya - Khampang Phet
You will leave the River Kwai and you will proceed to Ayuthaya, the ancient capital or former Siam. The whole city with ruins and temples is part of UNESCO. You
will visit the Wat Sri Samphet temple with it big bronze Boeddha and next to it a ruins complex. In the afternoon you will proceed to Khampang Phet. After
checking in at the hotel we will go for a walk to the river and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Later you will have time to walk around the local night market with lots of
food and curiosities. You will stay over at the Riverside Hotel***
Day 6 Khampang Phet - Sukothai - Chiang Mai
After breakfast you will leave for Sukothai and visit the wonderful Sukothai Historical Park. Here you will see the huge Buddha statues and
have a good impression of the golden times of the 13th century. The park is very beautiful with splendid Lotus ponds. In the afternoon we will travel
through a beautiful mountain area and go to Chiang Mai. Chiang Mai is also called the most vivid city of Thailand, having the nickname "Rose of the
North". We will arrive in the afternoon and you will stay at the Lanna Palace Hotel ***.
Day 7 Chiang Mai - Elephant school and lunch with the elephants!
In the morning you will visit the elephant school and you will experience how these amazing animals enjoy bathing in the river. An astonishing experience. A
climax of the day will be having lunch with the elephants. While you eat lunch, at the quiet riverside, you can watch the elephants. In the afternoon we will take
you to the handicraft village and you can see for example how they paint by hand the beautiful umbrellas as well as we will visit a silk factory. In the late
afternoon you will be back at your hotel.
Day 8 Chiang Mai - Phitsanuloke
The morning you will have free time and you can go and discover Chiang Mai. In the afternoon you will proceed to Phitsanuloke. During the trip you will visit the
forest market of Lampang, famous for its many spices and fried insects! In the late afternoon you will arrive at the beautiful AmarinLagoon Resort ****.
Day 9 Phitsanuloke - Hua Hin
After breakfast you will visit a workshop where Buddha statues are made and then go to Lopburi for a visit to the monkey temple. The monkeys are not only in
and around the temple but you will see them even around the buildings and houses in the city! Amazing! You will travel then to the beautiful seaside resort of
Hua Hin, where the summer Palace of the King is situated. End of program.

Day 01 Bangkok – Ayuthaya
In the morning you will leave for Ayuthaya, the ancient caiptal of Thailand. After arrival you will visit the main curiosities of Ayuthaya, an important capital city in
1350 till 1767 a.c. Once Ayuthaya was one of the most powerful cities of Asia and in its glory days it had more inhabitants than London during that period. But
even today the grandeur and beauty still impresses its visitors. You will visit Bang pa Inn, the summer residence of the King where you will see beautiful
palaces in differents styles like Chinese, Swiss and Thai style. At sunset we will take a look at elephant camp where 197 elephant live. At this time of day they
take a bath in the cooling water of the river which garantees' beautiful pictures. You stay over at the Krung Sri River Hotel.
Day 02 Ayutthaya – Nakhon Sawan – Phitsanuloke
In the morning you will visit the most important temples of Ayuthaya. the first stop will be made at Wat Chawathanaram situated on the enchanting
riverside of the Chao Praya. You will visit Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, with a huge bronze Buddha statue and its ruins. Then you will go up North to Phitsanuloke and
in the afternoon there you will visit the Wat Mahatat, Thailands most beautiful temples due to connoisseurs. Stay over at the Amarin Lagoon Hotel ***
Day 03 Phitsanuloke – Sukothai – Lampang
After breakfast you will leave for Sukothai, a capital city from 1238 till 1350 a.c. You will visit the Historical Park with its huge Buddha statues. During the visit of
this impressive place it will become clear to you that once this ancient city must have had great wealth. Then we will proceed to Lampang. Here we will make a
nice trip next to the river with horse and carriage, you will see Baan Sao Nat, a 100 years old complete teak wood mansion. You will also visit Wat Chedi Sao
where the monks make medicines from herbs and plants. In the late afternoon you will arrive at your hotel. Stay over at the Wienglakor Lampang Hotel.
Day 04 Lampang – Lamphun – Chiang Mai
In the afternoon you will visit one of Thailand's most important temples, Wat Phra That Lampang Luang, more then 1000 years old. After that you will visit a
beautiful elephant school, the Lampang Elephant Conversation Center. You will attend a show and learn how these impressive animals are trained to help with
hard labour. You have an option to do an elephant trekking. You will also visit FAE’s (Friends of Asian Elephants) a hospital for elephants next to the school.
After visiting the elephants we will drive up to Thung Kwiang Forest market, famous for its many medical herbs and fried insects. Then a one hour drive to
Chiang Mai where the program will end. End of program.

River Kwai Classic - Privat trip 3 days / 2 nights

Day 01 Bangkok
Pick up – Kanchanaburi (L,D) at your hotel, driving by Nakhorn Pahtom to Kanchanaburi at the River Kwai. You will visit the JEATH museum and have an
impression of what happened during the second world war, where also a lot of foreigners have lost their lives. You will visit the notorious "Bridge on the River
Kwai" and around 12.30 o'clock you will arrive at the River Kwai Village resort, situated, like its name predicts, at the river side. We will have lunch at the Jungle
View Resaurant and the afternoon can be used to relax at the resort, with its beautiful swimming pool or you can discover the surroundings by yourself. Stay
over at the River Kwai Village resort.
Day 02 Kanchanaburi (B,L,D)
Breakfast at the resort. A beautiful day starts with a trip on a longtail boat. Floating on the river you soon realize that you find yourself in the middle of a
jungle area. You will visit the Keang lava Caves, famous for its eccentric rock shapes. In the afternoon you will arrive at Sai Yok Yai National Park. After lunch
you have time to visit the waterfalls and you might even want to swim in the nice fresh water of the waterfalls. You will return at the resort in the late afternoon.
Diner and stay over at the River Kwai Village Resort.
Day 03 Kanchanaburi – Bangkok (B,L)
After breakfast you will travel, by longtail boat, for about 1 hour to the small raiway station of the village Lum Sum. You will get on the notorious "death railway
train" and travel for about 1 hour in the "railway track of death". An impressive view of the river, its surroundings and very special the so called "bamboo
viaduct". You will leave the train in Nam Tok and will go back to the resort for lunch. In the afternoon the transfer to Bangkok will pick you up and you will arrive
in Bangkok around 18.00 O'clock. End of program
